Anisa Kumar is the CEO of Narvar, the AI-powered hospitality post-purchase platform that helps retailers and brands turn every moment after a purchase into a concierge-level experience that builds lasting loyalty. Before joining Narvar, Anisa served as SVP and Managing Director at Levi Strauss & Co., where she led the U.S. direct-to-consumer business across more than 200 stores and ecommerce, oversaw the Levi's app and omnichannel strategy, and played a pivotal role in the company's successful IPO. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Walmart, Target and Mervyn's, building deep expertise across merchandising, operations and digital commerce at enterprise scale. She joined Narvar as Chief Customer Officer in 2021 and was elevated to CEO in 2024. Anisa also serves on the Board of Directors of Lulus and is a member of Chief, the private network for senior women executives.
