Bala Parameshwaran is a leader in Bain’s Technology, Data and retail practices. He serves at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution and helps global clients deliver large-scale transformation and modernization programs. His work navigates complex technology ecosystems—combining product-centric delivery, Agile ways of working, and data platform orchestration—to drive measurable business value and operational excellence. Bala also engages with emerging AI and agentic systems to advance how organizations scale intelligent automation and data-driven decisioning across the enterprise. Prior to Bain, he held senior technology leadership roles and began his career in systems analysis and consulting. He holds an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management and a B.E. in Electronics and Communications.
