Hannah Roshetko Raser

Hannah Roshetko Raser is the AVP of Front Store Strategy & Transformation at CVS Health where she is responsible for front store strategy, customer growth, loyalty programs, loyalty experience, loyalty operations, and customer analytics and insights. Hannah’s leadership enables a holistic strategy that encompasses consumer growth and trends and their connection to our loyalty programs.

Hannah has a track record of transformative leadership, innovation, and collaboration. Over the past 8 years, she led growth for our Retail business by improving omnichannel convenience, loyalty, and personalized customer experiences. Within CVS Health, she has won awards for Innovation and work in Diversity and Inclusion. Before joining CVS Health, Hannah consulted across retail, luxury, and consumer goods and lead growth initiates in publishing.

Hannah earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS from Miami University. She lives outside Boston with her husband, Andrew, and their two children.
