Joe is the Head of Content & Insights, U.S., at Shoptalk, a leading event company focused on the future of the retail industry. In his role, he manages the team that sets the agendas and selects speakers for Shoptalk’s three U.S. events. He also helps plan and execute Shoptalk’s original content program and serves as a retail and tech subject matter expert for the media and at other events. Joe has worked in content-related roles at Shoptalk since 2018. His career is defined by helping industries and executives adapt to and thrive in times of significant, technology-driven transformation, including roles at the IAB and at Jupiter Research.
