Mike Jacobs is a global growth and brand leader who has helped acquire 100M+ customers worldwide and deployed billions in high-ROI media investment across iconic brands including Etsy, Netflix, Yahoo!, Viacom, Verizon, AT&T, Pepsi, Chase, Luxottica, and Jonathan Adler.

He is Chief Growth Officer & Operating Partner at Consortium Brand Partners, where he leads growth across a portfolio that includes Jonathan Adler, Draper James, Outdoor Voices, and California Pizza Kitchen.

Previously, Mike was VP of Growth at Etsy, where he scaled global acquisition and launched Creator Collective, an award-winning influencer initiative, along with Offsite Ads, a multibillion-dollar channel. At Upside, a $3B marketplace backed by Bessemer and General Catalyst, he served as CMO & President of Consumer, owning the full P&L while driving profitable expansion.

Mike has launched products from concept to millions of users, built global marketing engines, and advised leadership teams at Google, Meta, McKinsey, Bessemer, General Catalyst, and leading PE and VC funds. His work has earned multiple industry honors, including Ad Age Marketers of the Year, Influencer Campaign of the Year, Graphis, Hatch, and Performance Marketing Awards.

Mike, his wife Rena, their daughter Molly, their double doodle Lucy, and a collection of way too many guitars split time between New York CityĆ¢€™s Upper West Side and the Hudson Valley. Fun fact: Mike spent several years as a professional musician.
