Patrick Nommensen is the Head of Strategic Initiatives for TikTok’s e-commerce business across the Americas and Europe, where he focuses on shaping long term strategy and helping define how discovery e-commerce evolves at scale. He works closely with cross-functional teams to turn business priorities into initiatives that drive sustainable growth for TikTok Shop. Previously, Patrick led the launch and scaling of TikTok Shop in the United Kingdom, bringing discovery shopping to TikTok’s first English-speaking market and contributing to the platform’s global expansion. He has held several leadership roles since joining ByteDance Group in 2016.
