Rebecca Maffei is the Chief Information Officer of FASHIONPHILE, where she leads the company’s technology and data science. She also serves on the Philanthropy Council for Neighborhood Health. As a results-driven, dynamic leader, Rebecca is known as a true change agent who turns vision into action. With a strategic mindset, she leads with clarity, purpose and momentum. Rebecca has successfully led large scale technology and data warehouse implementations. She is passionate about building out AI governance models and using AI to drive efficiencies across retail and healthcare industries. Prior to joining FASHIONPHILE, Rebecca served as Chief Information Officer at Petco as well as served on the Board of Palomar Health Medical Group. Earlier in her career, she held senior technology leadership roles at Guitar Center, Reebok and Accenture. Rebecca holds a Master’s Degree from Boston College and has earned the Digital Leadership and Leading an AI-Powered Future certificates from The Wharton School.
