Allison Vigil

President Rocksbox, Signet Jewelers

Allison (Ali) Vigil is President of Rocksbox, the modern jewelry retailer carrying top brands such as Kate Spade, Kendra Scott, Lele Sadoughi, Ana Luisa, as well as their own Rocksbox Private Label. Allison joined Rocksbox in 2016 and later joined Signet Jewelers in 2021 when Rocksbox became a part of the company. During her time at Rocksbox, Allison has held various leadership positions including leading the service’s Merchandising and Member Experience teams. Prior to Rocksbox, Allison was a member of the founding team of Fabkids, a subscription-based children’s apparel service. She also held leadership roles at Fabletics and 10 years at Gap, Inc. working across brands in a range of planning, inventory management and strategy roles.
