Gyan Mathias is Senior Director of AI & Data Strategy at Yum! Brands, where he leads enterprise AI strategy and value delivery through personalized customer experiences, smarter and more efficient restaurants, and more productive corporate functions.

Gyan also leads several global centers of excellence, including Martech, Loyalty, Responsible AI, and the AI Academy, helping build the capabilities needed to deploy AI responsibly and at scale.

Prior to Yum!, Gyan worked at McKinsey & Company, advising global retail organizations on digital transformations. He holds a Masters degree in Physics from the University of Oxford and an MBA from IESE Business School. Gyan lives in Boulder, Colorado and is an avid climber and skier.
