Lauren Wiener is a Managing Director & Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group and the global leader for Marketing and Customer Growth. She works across industries with Fortune 100 companies to drive self-funded growth by transforming marketing functions using AI, data, and new operating models.

Her work focuses on large-scale, agentic marketing transformations that embed AI across end-to-end workflows, from insight generation through execution. These transformations have delivered 3x faster execution, 3x increases in content output, and productivity improvements of 30% across consumer, media, and technology businesses.

At BCG, Lauren also founded and launched the firm’s retail media and data monetization business, an example of her work building new growth platforms at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology.

Prior to BCG, Lauren was CEO of Tremor Video DSP and spent over 15 years building and scaling digital businesses. She has successfully exited multiple companies, including the sale of Tremor Video to Taptica International.

Lauren holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Yale University.
