Mo Afshar is Co-Founder and CEO of Pipe17, the company creating the Order Operations category. Pipe17's AI-native platform connects selling channels, marketplaces, ERPs, and logistics networks so brands and 3PLs can flow orders effortlessly, from click to delivery. Before Pipe17, Mo served as CEO of Spoken Communications (acquired by Avaya) and held executive roles at Oracle, where he built multi-billion-dollar cloud businesses. He brings over 20 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems, and commerce technology. Mo holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Cambridge University and advises several venture and private equity firms. Mo is known for challenging assumptions about commerce infrastructure and speaking directly about why the industry needs to move beyond legacy integration approaches to AI-native order operations.
