Robert Ibarguen is Head of Digital Intelligence at Newell Brands, where he leads the enterprise strategy to embed AI, automation, and advanced analytics into how the company drives growth across its portfolio of leading consumer brands, including Sharpie, Rubbermaid, and Yankee Candle. He designed and built the Digital Intelligence function from the ground up as a distinct enterprise capability within CPG, now embedded into how the business plans, builds, and executes.

His organization transforms fragmented market and consumer signals into decision-ready intelligence used across the company. By reducing the time between insight and action, the capabilities his team has introduced are reshaping how teams plan, execute, and learn. Designed to scale across the portfolio, these systems increase speed and precision while delivering asymmetric returns from AI-enabled workflows.

Prior to his current role, Robert held commercial strategy roles supporting global brands including Unilever, Chobani, and Coty, where he focused on growth strategy, enterprise capability development, and cross-functional execution.
