How does my team set up their personal device for lead scanning?
Each individual given lead retrieval functionality will receive an email from Create with Connect (our registration platform) closer to the event. Please be sure to have individuals monitor their email for a message from

What do I do if I log in and I don't see the correct event?
Unfortunately this is a glitch we are working on with the system. But don't fear! Follow the below steps to get to the correct event:
- Click on the three dots on the bottom right hand side of the screen (on mobile) of top right hand side of the screen (desktop.)
- Click the "Switch Events" button.
- Using the email address and name associated with your registration, fill in the Name and Email Address fields.
- A verification code will be sent to the email address added. Once received, enter it in the provided field on your screen.
- You should see the Shoptalk Spring event listed on the main page. Click on the name of the event. This will then take you to your Lead Scanning homepage (as shown on the linked guide above.)

To download your scanned leads, please go to your Partner Portal (registration portal.) Please note, based on the permissions granted by the Org Registration Admin, your view may be limited.

When can I download our leads?
You can download your leads at any time! This functionality will be available to you during and post-show (please note, access to the Partner Portal will close 3 months post event.)
