Display Rules & Regulations
Before you begin planning your booth, take a moment to review our Display Rules & Regulations. Each sponsor package type has specific guidelines to help you design your space, stay compliant, and make the most of your exhibit experience. Be sure to check the rules that apply to your package before finalizing your booth plans.
Permission to Exhibit & PPE
To receive permission to exhibit at our event, all sponsors must complete the required submissions listed below. Approval is granted only after all three items — Rendering Submission, Insurance, and PPE — have been received and approved.
