What’s Included (no substitutions can be made):

• 8 x 20 (H x W) ft Branded Fabric Backwall (sponsor logo or graphics)** 

• 1 Table (36” cafe round) and 4 Chairs 

• Carpeting 

• Wastebasket 

• Branded Cabinet (sponsor logo or graphics) 

• Show management will coordinate all setup and teardown of the Turnkey Booth 

• Complimentary Wi-Fi will be provided in the Exhibit Halls, however, if you need a faster, more reliable connection, we strongly recommend ordering a dedicated internet connection from Mandalay Bay Exhibitor Services. 

 

** If you choose to keep your fabric graphic, please alert Freeman by visiting the Service Desk onsite prior to show closing. ​​​​​​​

 

What’s NOT Included:

• AV – orders must be placed through Freeman AV (monitors, laptops, etc.) 

• F&B – light F&B is available to purchase through Mandalay Bay Exhibitor Services but must remain inside the booth space. NO OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE IS ALLOWED. 

• Power – electrical can be ordered online through Mandalay Bay Exhibitor Services
